L’osservare è un’arte che si manifesta attraverso lo sguardo esperto, unico capace di interporsi tra infiniti punti di vista, per rivelare quei segreti che si nascondono lungo i confini dell’attimo.

La fotografia di strada non è solo forma, ma delicata poesia visuale i cui versi sono ombre, movimenti, sguardi e inaspettate relazioni suggerite da quell'inganno geometrico che è l'inquadratura.

A volte per guardare meglio, bisogna chiudere un occhio.

Eolo Perfido, francese di nascita (Cognac) italiano di adozione, è un fotografo ritrattista rappresentato dalla prestigiosa agenzia fotografica Sudest57.

Leica Ambassador dal 2013 è uno degli Street Photographer italiani più conosciuti in patria e all’estero. La sua fotografia di strada lo ha visto documentare la quotidianità di alcune tra le più importanti città italiane e molte capitali straniere con particolare attenzione alle città di Roma, Milano e Tokyo.

La sua fotografia è stata fonte di ispirazione per alcune tra le più importanti agenzie di comunicazione del mondo tra le quali JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Young & Rubicam, BBDO, United 1861, Grey and Blossom Communication.

Si occupa da molti anni di formazione fotografica ed ha alle spalle decine di workshops internazionali di Ritratto, Street Photography e Post Produzione Digitale oltre che importanti collaborazioni con l’associazione dei fotografi ritrattisti tedeschi, l’Istituto Europeo di Design , la Scuola Romana di Fotografia, la Rome University of Fine Arts e l’Università Bocconi di Milano.

Eolo Perfido, French by birth (Cognac) Italian by adoption, is a portrait photographer represented by the prestigious Sudest57 photo agency. He is a Leica Ambassador since 2013 and also one of the best known Italian Street Photographers in his home country and abroad. His street photography documents the daily life of some of the most important Italian cities and many foreign capitals with particular attention to the cities of Rome, Milan and Tokyo.
